Sikhs rush to aid of Rohingya Muslims fleeing Burma
Sikh volunteers say they have begun handing out food and water to Rohingya refugees fleeing violence in Burma. The Khalsa Aid charity said volunteers from its India arm were "working in tough conditions on the border areas" in Bangladesh to provide aid. The group, which is registered within the UK, had reportedly reached the village of Teknaf in the Cox's Bazar area, which has become a crossing point for tens of thousands of Rohingya.
