Crook County Sheriff Jim Hensley has taken up an offer from his Linn County counterpart and fired off a blistering letter Tuesday to Vice President Joe Biden, vowing he and his deputies won’t enforce any new gun laws or regulations that infringe on residents’ Second Amendment rights.
