Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) was heckled while speaking in Washington, D.C. on his refusal to expand Medicaid in Texas. “All of these individuals who want to complain about the state of Texas, God bless ‘em, they’re free to do that," Perry said, according to the Dallas Morning News.
