Massachusetts taxpayers must be delighted to learn that they were supporting slain Boston bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev, his wife and daughter. State officials confirmed that the 26-year-old received welfare benefits, as did both of his parents (younger brother Dzhokhar did, too, at least until he turned 18).
