I-5 bridge collapses over Skagit River, no fatalities reported »

An I-5 bridge over the Skagit River in Mount Vernon collapsed Thursday evening, sending cars and people people into the water. Three people were rescued from the water and taken to hospitals; state authorities say there were no fatalities. Source Main page (current trends)
