A team of U.N. chemical weapons experts gathering evidence of a possible chemical weapons strike outside Damascus left Syria and crossed into neighboring Lebanon early Saturday, hours after President  Obama said he is weighing limited and narrow action against Syrian President Bashar Assad's regime.
