The family of a son living with severe autism received an incredibly disturbing letter that's allegedly from one of their neighbors, and the entire community is still reeling from the shock. The letter, signed only by "one pissed off mother!!!!!," horrifically criticizes Newcastle, Ontario, resident Kara Begley for being "entitled" enough to let her "idiot" son go outside.
