A sheep-owner in Chester County who shot and killed two Bernese Mountain Dogs belonging to his neighbor, has been charged with cruelty to animals and recklessly endangering another person. Originally, the owners of the two dogs, Mary and William Bock, were told no charges would be filed against their neighbor. Under Pennsylvania dog law individuals are permitted to shoot dogs if they are threatening livestock. But today, Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogand filed charges...
