  More than anything, the thug-ish artwork for Scott Melker’s Ballin’ Oates mixtape caught my eye. I LOL’d. Here’s what Melker says via his SoundCloud page: Ballin’ Oates is the third EP in a series of compilations produced by The Melker Project, each focusing on a different classic artist.
