A college student in Duluth, Minn., may lose one or more of her hands and feet after spending a night unconscious on the porch of the house next-door to hers. Temperatures dropped to 17 below zero and wind chills reached 36 below overnight. Miraculously though, she will survive. Source Main page (current trends)
